At RangRup, we work hard to ensure that your dupattas are delivered to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to know how we handle deliveries across India.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Guaranteed Delivery (3–4 Business Days): Available in major cities such as Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Mysore, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vijayawada, and Kolkata. (Subject to pin code eligibility).

  • Standard Delivery (5–7 Business Days): For most other serviceable cities across India.

  • Extended Delivery (7–9 Business Days): For North-East regions, Jammu & Kashmir, and remote areas.

👉 Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered during special promotions.

  • Otherwise, standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your package on the courier partner’s website until delivery.

 

5. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • RangRup is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses.

  • In case of a returned order due to wrong address or non-availability of the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

 

6. Self-Shipping (Non-Serviceable Areas)

  • If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you may be required to self-ship the product.

  • In case of wrong/defective products, shipping charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed.

 

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please capture photos/video before opening and contact us immediately at support@rangrup.in.

 

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
