Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy: RangRup

At RangRup, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you face issues with your order, please go through our return and exchange guidelines below.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be made within 7 days after your order is delivered.

  • If you receive a defective/wrong product or face size issues, you can request an exchange.

  • Customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse.

  • Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

👉 Important: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handing it over to our courier partner.


Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

  • If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product(s).

  • In such cases, if you received a defective or wrong product, shipping charges up to ₹100 are 100% refundable.


Return Shipping Address

Please courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit.

  • The product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

👉 We recommend using Speed Post for shipping, as it is reliable and cost-effective.


Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 business days after the product(s) are received at our warehouse and pass the quality check.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or phone.

  • If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

  • However, if the product is wrong/damaged, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Guaranteed Delivery (3–4 Days): Available in select major cities such as Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Ahmedabad, Surat, Kolkata, etc. (Subject to pin code eligibility).

  • Standard Delivery (5–7 Days): Most other cities in India.

  • Extended Delivery (7–9 Days): North-East states & Jammu & Kashmir.
